2.1. Administrative Information: Information you provide to us to set up and manage your account, including: Name, phone, email address, IP address, company name, and payment transaction records. This is collected to fulfill our contract with you.
2.2. Customer Service Data: WhatsApp chat content, contact numbers, and message times. CRITICAL ZERO STORAGE COMMITMENT: We do not store or cache your customers' chat content. All data is only processed momentarily in real-time to execute your software functions (like AI responses, auto reply).
2.3. Automatic Information: Data collected automatically when you access the service, including IP address, browser type, and usage logs.
3. How We Use Your Information We use your Administrative Information primarily to fulfill our contractual obligations, including providing the Service, processing payments, diagnosing technical issues, and preventing fraud.
4. Key Data Sharing and Disclosure We do not sell your personal information. We share data as follows:
4.1. Third-Party AI Service Providers To enable AI chatbot functionality, your Customer Service Data (chat context) is transmitted in real-time to the APIs of third-party AI models, including: ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok.
Disclaimer: These services are governed by their own privacy policies. You acknowledge and consent to this data transfer for the purpose of receiving the AI Service.
4.2. Other Service Providers We share data with all third-party vendors necessary to support our core business, including payment processors, cloud hosting service providers, and data analytics tools.
5. Cookie and Tracking Technologies We use Cookies and similar technologies for functional purposes (site operation), analytics and performance, and for advertising and tracking across third-party sites (e.g., Google, Meta). By using our service, you consent to this use of Cookies.

Retention and Deletion Responsibility:

User Deletion Request: You understand and agree that unless you explicitly submit a written deletion request via our official email (caerusmarketing.sales@outlook.com), we have no obligation to immediately delete all Administrative Information upon subscription termination. The responsibility for initiating deletion lies with the User.
